In order to enable an iCal export link, your account needs to have an API key created. This key enables other applications to access data from within Indico even when you are neither using nor logged into the Indico system yourself with the link provided. Once created, you can manage your key at any time by going to 'My Profile' and looking under the tab entitled 'HTTP API'. Further information about HTTP API keys can be found in the Indico documentation.
Additionally to having an API key associated with your account, exporting private event information requires the usage of a persistent signature. This enables API URLs which do not expire after a few minutes so while the setting is active, anyone in possession of the link provided can access the information. Due to this, it is extremely important that you keep these links private and for your use only. If you think someone else may have acquired access to a link using this key in the future, you must immediately create a new key pair on the 'My Profile' page under the 'HTTP API' and update the iCalendar links afterwards.

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed for content and when accepted, will be used to develop the technical program.
All authors of accepted Oral and Poster abstracts are expected to submit their papers via the site.
All authors of accepted Oral and Poster abstracts are expected to submit their presentations via the site by the first day of the Conference. All Plenary, Oral and Poster presentations will be available to all conference attendees.
Abstract submission does not register you for the conference. There will be a separate registration.
During abstract submission you will be able to choose your session of interest (track). You can only submit your abstract to one session. Please note that your contribution may be moved to another session if appropriate.
Select your preference for Oral or Poster presentation. There is no guarantee for an Oral presentation, you may be offered a Poster presentation instead.
You will be able to modify your abstract until the abstract submission deadline.
Extended theses can be made on the basis of the contribution adopted at the conference. When sending the contribution to the Extended theses section, indicate in the comments the number of the contribution on the basis of which it is made.
After the abstract is accepted, you can send the paper. You must send 2 files: pdf and tex. The TeX-file can be sent as an archive if the paper contains images.
