  • All authors of accepted Oral and Poster abstracts are expected to submit their presentations via the site by the first day of the Conference. All Plenary, Oral and Poster presentations will be available to all conference attendees.
  • Abstract submission does not register you for the conference. There will be a separate registration.
  • During abstract submission you will be able to choose your session of interest (track). You can only submit your abstract to one session. Please note that your contribution may be moved to another session if appropriate.
  • Select your preference for Oral or Poster presentation. There is no guarantee for an Oral presentation, you may be offered a Poster presentation instead.
  • You will be able to modify your abstract until the abstract submission deadline.
  • Extended theses can be made on the basis of the contribution adopted at the conference. When sending the contribution to the Extended theses section, indicate in the comments the number of the contribution on the basis of which it is made.
  • After the abstract is accepted, you can send the paper. You must send 2 files: pdf and tex. The TeX-file can be sent as an archive if the paper contains images.
